Denim De-Coded: The Situation

Nowadays, consumers shop for quite everything online (Web & Mobile).

When it comes to clothing, how to pick the right size, fit, and style without the physical experience of the product? This has always been a pain point for both brands and consumers:

  • Consumers: Uncertainty and frustration while ordering online. Those frictions could also lead to abandonment. In case of a bad-size order, the return experience is never joyful.
  • Brands: A higher percentage of online returns (as well as related costs and resources), and also an impact on overall shopper satisfaction.

Digital Rating: A Double-Edged Consecration

Brands around the globe, from several industries, have long tried to leverage technology on behalf of their business growth and customer engagement. Still, they need to show that investment the same way they display the quality of their products and services.
AT Worthy has launched a solution that will help any business to demonstrate its Digital Worthiness alongside its product quality – usually rated by star systems (user-generated or institution-led).

AT Worthy, created by a team of experienced sales and technology veterans, came up with a Digital Rating system that, on the one hand, allows a business entity (store, hotel, university…) to measure and illustrate its digitalworthiness to the consumers and to boost their competitiveness edge, and on another hand, paves the way to the consumer to locate a business that meets its digital needs and expectations while consuming good-quality products or services.
